No Money No Funny - ALi YUSUF

1.900$
No Money No Funny is a contemporary mixed-media portrait inspired by the visual language of fashion, celebrity culture and modern luxury. Featuring Bella Hadid, the work explores the relationship between image, status, beauty and material value. A high-quality printed image on canvas is transformed through hand-applied acrylic paint and a glossy finish, creating a layered surface that combines digital imagery with physical artistic intervention. The title introduces a playful but provocative idea: in a culture where appearance, status and consumption are often closely connected, money can influence how beauty and success are perceived. The work invites the viewer to consider the relationship between glamour, identity and materialism. Combining contemporary portraiture with Art Deco-inspired aesthetics, the piece is designed as a bold statement for modern interiors. Created in 2026, No Money No Funny is a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork. .Shipped Framed .Can Also Be Shipped Rolled Upon Request (Framing and Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted)

Ali Yusuf is a contemporary painter and mixed-media artist based in Turkey, whose practice explores identity, emotion, cultural memory, luxury, and the relationship between contemporary visual culture and traditional craftsmanship. Working primarily with acrylic paint, printed imagery, gold leaf, crystals, stones, beads, and other tactile materials, Yusuf transforms layered surfaces into highly detailed, contemporary artworks. His process combines painting and material intervention, creating a dialogue between image, texture, light, and physical presence. His work moves between contemporary abstraction, portraiture, symbolism, and cultural references, often using familiar imagery to explore deeper ideas of identity, femininity, memory, strength, and modern life. With more than 15 years of independent studio practice, Yusuf develops each work through a meticulous, hands-on process. His artworks are created as unique or limited-edition pieces, individually finished, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
